Let the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Marcelino "Nonoy" Libanan serenade you once again with his guitar in Music from the Heart—a dinner concert on May 16, 2008 6:30pm at the Apo View Grand ballroom, Davao City.

Commissioner Nonoy will dazzle you with amazing guitar performances while guests Fame Flores and Verni Varga will woo you with soulful song numbers.

Music from the Heart is the third in a series of concerts produced by the PPP Foundation. This event will be for the Benefit of ABS-CBN’s Bantay Bata 163.

Music from the Heart is directed by Commissioner Nonoy Libanan and Bong Embile Jr. This event is produced by the PPP Foundation, under Mr. Clodualdo Peñera, in cooperation with Pagcor, PCSO, Bansec-Kontinco Group, TOMC, Eastern Hawaii Leisure Co., Ltd., Villa Margarita, Apo View, Home Cable, Clickthecity.com, Business Mirror and The Manila Times.
